Seven clear stages

A process you can follow before anything moves.

The work begins with an assessment, not assumptions. Every outcome is agreed, recorded, and handled in a practical order.

  1. 01

    Assess

We inspect the unit, understand your goal, and identify practical constraints before proposing the work.

  2. 02

    Inventory

Items are photographed and logged in sensible groups so there is a working record.

  3. 03

    Approve

You review the proposed outcomes and approve what may be kept, sold, given, recycled, or removed.

  4. 04

    Sort

The contents are separated methodically. Personal or uncertain items are held for your decision.

  5. 05

    Sell or give

Approved sale items go to suitable channels. Useful approved goods can be routed for donation.

  6. 06

    Clear

Remaining approved items are recycled or removed, with access and transport coordinated.

  7. 07

    Report and settle

You receive a clear outcome record. Sale proceeds and agreed costs are settled as contracted.

The approval rule

If the outcome is not clear, the item waits.

Nothing is sold, given, recycled, or removed without approval. Personal documents, photographs, sentimental objects, and uncertain valuables need an explicit decision.

The assessment also establishes what is outside scope, what needs a specialist, and whether the unit can be cleared safely.

Start with a clear assessment

Begin with an assessment, not a commitment.

Tell us where the unit is and what you need help with. We will explain the next step.

Nothing moves without your approval.
