Who is responsible
Sort Sell Give is a service-area business in the Garden Route, South Africa. Privacy enquiries can be sent to hello@sortsellgive.com or discussed on +27 64 901 2011.
Information collected
The assessment form asks for your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, location, type of storage or items, timeline, and a description of the work. The website also receives technical request information needed for security and reliable operation.
Why it is used
The information is used to respond to your enquiry, assess whether the service may be suitable, prevent automated abuse, deliver operational emails, maintain website security, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the website. Cloudflare Turnstile helps distinguish genuine requests from automated abuse. Resend delivers assessment emails. These providers process limited information according to their own service and privacy terms.
Sharing and selling
Sort Sell Give does not sell enquiry information. Information may be shared with a service provider where needed to operate the website or communicate with you, or where required by law. Project details are not shared with a buyer, recipient, transporter, or specialist until that is necessary and agreed.
Retention and security
Enquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a resulting service relationship, resolve disputes, and meet legal or record-keeping duties. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. You may also withdraw from an enquiry before a service agreement is made. Contact hello@sortsellgive.com.
Website measurement
The launch site may use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate traffic and performance. The site does not use advertising trackers at launch.
Changes
This notice may be updated when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The current date appears at the top of the notice.
